5. Order process

5.1 How to Order

5.2 Order confirmation

5.4 Changes or Cancellations of Orders

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipping Methods

  • Norvique works with reliable carriers to deliver your order safely and on time.
  • You will receive a track & trace code as soon as your order has been shipped, so you can track the shipment.

6.2 Delivery times

  • Delivery times are indicative and depend on the destination and availability of products.
  • Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle you to compensation or cancellation of the order.

6.3 Shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are clearly stated during the ordering process.
  • Any promotions such as free shipping on orders over a certain amount will be indicated on the website.

6.4 Episode

  • Delivery will take place at the address you specified.
  • Upon receipt, you must check the order for correctness and completeness.
  • Any deviations or damage must be reported to our customer service within 48 hours of receipt.

7. Returns and Exchanges

7.1 Right of withdrawal

  • You have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product without giving any reason.
  • The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you physically received the product.

7.2 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.
  • Sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken.
  • Products that are specially made to measure or according to customer specifications.

7.3 Return procedure

  • Register your return via info@norvique.nl , stating your order number and reason for return.
  • You will receive instructions for returning the product.
  • The product must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
  • The costs for return shipment are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.

7.4 Refunds

  • After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days, using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
  • Any decrease in value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

8. Warranty and Complaints

8.1 Legal Warranty

  • The legal guarantee applies to all products. This means that the product must meet the reasonable expectations that you may have of it.
  • Any defects or faults must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery.

8.2 Complaints procedure

  • Norvique aims to provide a substantive response within 14 days of receipt of the complaint.
  • If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, Norvique will send an acknowledgement of receipt within 14 days with an indication of when you can expect an answer.

9. Liability

9.1 Exclusion of Liability

  • Norvique is not liable for indirect damage, including consequential damage, lost profits, missed savings and damage due to business stagnation.
  • Norvique's liability is in all cases limited to the purchase price of the product.

9.2 Force Majeure

  • Norvique is not obliged to fulfil any obligation if it is prevented from doing so as a result of force majeure.
  • Force majeure means any circumstance beyond the control of Norvique that prevents it from fulfilling its obligations towards the customer in whole or in part.
