At Norvique we strive for your complete satisfaction. Should a product not meet your expectations, we offer the possibility to return it within 14 days of receipt.

1. General Returns Conditions

  • Return period : You have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product without giving any reason.
  • Original Packaging : The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all included accessories and documentation.
  • Proof of Purchase : Please include a copy of the invoice or order confirmation with your return shipment.

2. Condition of the Product

  • Unused Condition : The product must be unused, undamaged and clean.
  • Damaged Products : Unfortunately, we cannot accept products that have been damaged through use.
  • Hygiene products : An exception applies to products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. These must be unopened and sealed.

3. Exceptions to Returns

  • Custom Products : Products that have been custom made or modified especially for you cannot be returned.
  • Damage upon receipt : If you notice that the product is damaged upon receipt, please contact our customer service immediately.

4. Return costs

  • Own Costs : The costs for returning the product are at your own expense.
  • Shipping risk : The shipping risk of the return shipment lies with the customer.

5. Return procedure

Please follow the steps below to process your return correctly and quickly:

  1. Return Registration : Send an email to info@norvique.nl with the following information:

    • Your order number. ( IMPORTANT: Please include your order number in the subject line of your email so we can serve you faster.)
    • Reason for return.
    • Your name and address details.
    • If applicable, photos of the product with damage.
  2. Instructions Received : After receiving your email, we will send you the return instructions and return address.

  3. Packaging : Pack the product carefully to avoid damage during transportation.

  4. Shipping : Send the package via a reliable carrier and keep proof of postage.

Please note : Do not return any products without prior instructions from our customer service.

6. Processing of Returns

  • Processing time : After receiving your return, we aim to process it within 7 working days .
  • Refund : If all conditions are met, the purchase amount will be refunded to the same payment method used to make the purchase.
  • Return Rejection : If the returned product does not meet our return conditions, we will contact you.
